Tablespoon Baking Company is owned and operated by Jenn Knight, now located in Newburyport, Mass. A New England native, Jenn is professionally trained, having earned a Baking & Pastry Certificate from Tante Marie's Cooking School in San Francisco. Jenn worked as an apprentice, pastry cook, pastry sous chef & pastry chef at some of the top bakeries and restaurants in the US including Tartine Bakery, Boulevard and Prospect. After several years spent living abroad in Amsterdam, word spread quickly about Jenn's delicious, traditional American desserts, made from scratch using classic recipes & quality ingredients. And so began Tablespoon Baking Company. Jenn is thrilled to now be back on the North Shore, offering tasty treats to a whole new community of hungry customers.
